The number of patients with complicated forms cholelithiasis is progressively growing. One the complications gallstone disease Mirizzi syndrome (SM). reason for development which spread inflammatory - destructive process from gallbladder to bile ducts formation pressure ulcers in common duct, as a result cholecystobiliary fistula occurs, through stones enter main ducts. analysis surgical treatment (GSD) treated UH NJSC "MUS" was carried out. There were 3842 total, Patients period January 2012. July 2018 revealed that all these gallstones, SM type III and IV diagnosed 25 (0.7%). In 14 (56%) SM, 11 (44%). group consisted 10 (40%) 15 (60%) included control group. completed: 1) (only 4 patients). patient underwent hepaticojejunostomy according clinic method (2017/0423.1). 3 patients, cholecystohepaticocholedochoplasty performed U-shaped interrupted sutures on drainage Vishnevsky (2017 / 0980.1); 2) (a total 6 2 0980.1). developed tested methods types make it possible improve immediate long-term results this pathology. These allow preserving physiology outflow without postoperative typical traditional (incompetence anastomotic sutures, stricture hepaticojejunostomy).
